Y.E.S. agrees to list all of our for-profit partners and supporters on our Y.E.S. and R.M.M.M. websites and our YouTube accounts. 3. Y.E.S. agrees to link our for-profit partners and supporters' websites to our YouTube accounts. 4. Y.E.S. agrees to share the same 10% discounts we offer to our non-profit 501C3 partners and constituents to our for-profit partners and their constituents. 5. Y.E.S. and their for-profit partners and supporters must docu-sign this agreement to confirm our partnerships. Donor/Partners: Memorandum of
Understanding (M.O.U.)
As one of our non-profit 501c3 partners with Youth Employment Services, Inc. /Y.E.S. and Regional Medical Missionary Ministries, Inc. /R.M.M.M., we would like to share with you, your privileges and duties: 1. As a partner of Y.E.S. and R.M.M.M., it is understood that you are not an employee of Y.E.S. or R.M.M.M. 2. Neither Y.E.S. nor R.M.M.M. has a right to withhold any taxes from your pay for the services you offer or render. 3. We recommend that you consult with a licensed accountant tax-preparer, or C.P.A. to assist you with income taxes and tax filing procedures. 4. Any and all items acquired from “The Unique Virtual Gift Store” are either offered to you free without obligation or donation(s) or they are offered to you and can be acquired from a tax-deductible donation(s). It is thoroughly understood that all donations from you will be allocated as a charitable contribution toward the Youth Employment Services, Inc. project(s) to curb youth crime, violence and homicide. 5. In many cases, the word “FREE” is used to imply that a tax-deductible donation is an indication that the donation(s) made is refundable when your taxes are filed the following year. [Please consult with your tax consultant for more professional advice]. 6. As a parent, guardian or sponsor(s) we/you (our donor partner) and Y.E.S. and or R.M.M.M. agree that the matching funds will not be available for dispensation until the child has reached a matured age of adulthood. 7. All of the amenities will be granted as they are promised in our drafts and we are very firm about our promises. 8. All Youth Employment Services, Inc. and Regional Medical Missionary Ministries, Inc. partners are participants in our Y.E.S. entity partnerships; whether you are a registered non-profit 501c3 certificate holder with the I.R.S. or not: it is your responsibility to address any and all tax concerns for yourselves or any and all constituents enrolled in any and all projects introduced to you by Youth Employment Services, Inc. or Regional Medical Missionary Ministries, Inc. [Please consult with your tax consultant for more professional advice]. 9. Youth Employment Services, Inc. and Regional Medical Missionary Ministries, Inc. have agreed to allow all of our “Donor Partners” to visit “The Unique Virtual Gift Store” without any restraints with selections to be acquired from the store. We welcome you to shop and download your selections that you can use for the purpose of “Kids Inc” and “The Free Gift Giving Project”. Your shopping experience will be done on an “Honor System,” based on your integrity and Christian ethics. {All gifts were priced at $10.00 each prior to our partnership plan}! We are anticipating that you will donate $10.00 in proportion to each gift that you acquire. This system when it is managed as it is designed will increase your organization’s profits and income.
